Winter Lake 3D Screensaver is a lovely screensaver that displays a cartoonish scene with a big tree, an animated lake, and mountains behind. There are birds flying around and one woodpecker in the tree. From time to time, a deer appears and passes by very quickly. The whole scene is very relaxing, but what I enjoyed most is the beautiful piano music that helps to create a perfect atmosphere. Unfortunately, it offers no ambient sounds, which would definitely make it more real and relaxing. If you want, you can add your own music from the settings menu or directly mute the sounds. It really doesn't offer many customization options apart from the above mentioned and the ability to select the exit conditions (on mouse move, mouse click, keyboard button or ESC button). It would be great if it included other scenes, and not just one, but the one included is really beautiful.
In short, Winter Lake 3D Screensaver is a nice screensaver to decorate your desktop, which doesn't offer much variety, but it is beautiful and very relaxing.
